Everyone's Hero : Movie Review

"Everyone's Hero" takes place during the Great Depression, but that's not the biggest downer associated with the film. The animated comedy is co-directed by Christopher Reeve and executive produced by Dana Reeve, who both died during its production.

Like its 10-year-old protagonist, the movie swings for the fences, with all the good intentions in the world. But despite being filled with the types of positive messages that the Reeves were known for, the movie is average -- just another forgettable entry at the end of a summer that offered an unprecedented amount of mediocre animated films.
